       I cannot log in. What's wrong?  |

       If you receive a message "Logon Failed Invalid login," here are some possible reasons: (1) Your password has uppercase characters in it. AscotRE is case sensitive in the password field. (2) A slash was entered after the R or D or C which starts your userid. For example R/12345 is incorrect. The correct userid is R12345. (3) You attempted to log in from a phone which does not have an html browser, such as the Motorola RAZR. The WAP 2.0/xhtml browser is insufficient to handle MLS access.  |
